Because our products are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered

Buyer’s remorse
If something arrives wrong (we’ll fix it)
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at: [hello@shopbadform.com]
Include:

Order number

Clear photos of the issue
If approved, we’ll replace it or refund it.
Cancellations
Orders can’t be canceled once they enter production.
Lost packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have it:
